Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped. Jolie’s Acrylic Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Jolie’s Acrylic Designs does not accept returns on custom or personalized orders. For rental items, all returns must be made by the agreed-upon date in their original condition to avoid additional fees. If an item is damaged upon return, a damage fee may apply.
