Jolie’s Acrylic Designs currently offers delivery and pickup services for rental items within South Florida. Custom acrylic signage orders can be shipped within the U.S. Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the design, with most orders shipping within 7-14 business days. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped. Jolie’s Acrylic Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Jolie’s Acrylic Designs does not accept returns on custom or personalized orders. For rental items, all returns must be made by the agreed-upon date in their original condition to avoid additional fees. If an item is damaged upon return, a damage fee may apply.
